Return Process

  Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product in its original packaging.

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Secure Packaging

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack it back into the original TTRacing box to prevent damage during transit.

  Collection and Refund

  Once your return is collected and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
